TripCreator mobile app is designed for your customers to access their itinerary information both online and offline.

The app shows all information you have added to the itinerary.
- Itineraries can be downloaded to view them offline.

Offline map access is available provided the customer had downloaded the relevant location maps from Google (learn more about pre-downloading the maps here).

Downloaded itineraries can be updated to see any changes made.
The app can be used as a sole or an additional method for itinerary viewing.
In addition to providing your customers with an itinerary URL link, you can offer them the app and explain where to download it and how to use it.
The TripCreator app can be downloaded in the AppStore or the Google Play store.
The app user needs to enter an itinerary reference number to retrieve the itinerary (learn about the TC reference number here).
