Learn how your customers can purchase their itineraries with the itinerary Online booking mode enabled.

This happens when you send your customer a complete itinerary with the Online booking mode enabled:

The itinerary is opened with the PROCEED TO BOOKING showing for them in the Overview tab.


If a customer decides to proceed with itinerary booking, at the checkout he/she will:

  • provide their contact information,

  • select a payment method,

  • and receive an invoice after completing the purchase.

    NOTE: If you had stored your customer's contact information in the TripCreator CRM system, and the itinerary had been assigned to this customer – their information will be pre-filled for the customer at the checkout to make the purchase quicker.

  • After the payment is made an automatic confirmation email is sent to inform the customer about the completed booking with an automatically attached invoice.

  • An automated email is also sent to the itinerary owner informing him/her about the booking that took place.

What's left after that? 

If your products are offline, the one thing that is left is to arrange bookings with your suppliers and generate vouchers for the customer in the TripCreator Operations system.
