Discover where and how to create vouchers.
Start by navigating to the Operations system using your left-hand menu or directly from the itinerary you are working on.
FILTER PRODUCTS
Use filters located at the top row of the Products tab to get the products you want to see and generate vouchers for. You can filter products by itinerary name, customer or supplier name, travel dates, and other criteria.
GENERATE VOUCHERS
By simply clicking the Voucher toggle for any product, you'll generate and automatically attach the voucher to your itinerary product for the customer. You can also add notes and preview the vouchers using the icons beside the product.
ADJUST VOUCHER SETTINGS
To customise what information is included in your vouchers tap on the Settings button located just below the search field at the top-right corner.
