Learn where and how to create vouchers.
Start by navigating to the Operations system located in the left-hand menu or directly from the itinerary you’re working on.
1. FILTER PRODUCTS
Use the filters at the top row of the Products tab to find the products you want to generate vouchers for. You can filter by itinerary name, customer or supplier name, travel dates, and more.
2. GENERATE VOUCHERS
Simply click the Voucher toggle next to any product to generate and automatically attach the voucher to that itinerary product for your customer. You can also add notes and preview vouchers using the icons beside the voucher toggle.
3. ADJUST VOUCHER SETTINGS
To customise the information included in your vouchers, tap the Settings button located below the search field in the top-right corner.
4. CONFIGURE VOUCHER LOGO
The voucher logo is automatically linked to the logo set in your itinerary appearance template. ☝️Note: Make sure to specify a logo in the template, as it won’t default to a fallback logo.
