Learn how to share a finalised itinerary with your customer.
Once your itinerary is ready for sharing, you can send it to the customer in one of two ways:

Via TripCreator email
Compose an email directly within TripCreator—add a subject line, message, and optional attachments. The email includes a unique itinerary URL that your customer can open in their browser. This link always shows the most up-to-date itinerary version. -
By sharing the URL manually
Simply copy the itinerary link and send it using your preferred communication method (e.g., email, chat, CRM).
☝️ Note: TripCreator tracks customer activity (such as opening the email or viewing the link) and logs it under the History tab.
💡Tip: Encourage your customers to take advantage of the complimentary TripCreator traveler app, that enables them to easily access their trip details and all itinerary information on their mobile devices, whether they are online or offline.
