# Step 6 for Agents: Sending the Itinerary

## Learn how to share a finalised itinerary with your customer.

Once your itinerary is ready for sharing, you can send it to the customer in one of two ways:

1. **Via TripCreator email**  
   Compose an email directly within TripCreator—add a subject line, message, and optional attachments. The email includes a unique itinerary URL that your customer can open in their browser. This link always shows the most up-to-date itinerary version.
2. **By sharing the URL manually**  
   Simply copy the itinerary link and send it using your preferred communication method (e.g., email, chat, CRM).
   
   **☝️ Note:** TripCreator tracks customer activity (such as opening the email or viewing the link) and logs it under the **History** tab.
   
   💡**Tip:** Encourage your customers to take advantage of the complimentary **TripCreator traveler app**, that enables them to easily access their trip details and all itinerary information on their mobile devices, whether they are online or offline.
