Step 6 for agents: itinerary sending

Learn how a finalized itinerary can be sent to the customer.

The finished itinerary can be sent to a customer using one of the below methods:

  • TripCreator email, where you can insert the subject line, write the message, and attach files or pricing information if needed. The email will include the unique itinerary URL link, which your customer opens in their browser to view the always up-to-date itinerary details.

  • URL link itself can be simply copied and sent via any technology you are normally using.

NOTE: TripCreator checks the activity on your customer's end after receiving an email or viewing the copied URL link and logs it on the History tab.
