Present itineraries on a neutral domain | Pro plan, Custom plan

Configure a neutral domain address to hide your brand name when sending itineraries to specific clients or agents.

When sending itineraries to your customers or agents, you can choose to use a neutral itinerary domain. This allows you to hide your brand name and your clients will forward the itinerary to the end customer only displaying their own branding.

A neutral itinerary domain can be configured for a specific customer in the CRM system:

  1. From the left-hand menu navigate to CRM.
  2. Select the Accounts tab.
  3. Find an existing account record or create a new one for a client who should receive itineraries from you on a neutral domain.
  4. Scroll down for the Domain section, and click on the toggle (ON) to enable the neutral domain.

5.  If you have not done that yet, link an itinerary with this client account in the itinerary settings.

6. To see the result, view the itinerary as a customer – the itinerary domain will show the itinerary.page:

NOTE: The itinerary URL tab, under the itinerary SEND button, will also show the same itinerary.page domain address instead of your regular domain.
