Using Bokun Inventory

Learn how to access and utilise your Bokun-contracted products in the TripCreator itinerary builder.

 

Integrated Bokun products can be found in the Integrations tab within your inventory when creating itineraries.

To add contracted products:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Select Bokun.
  3. You will see your own Bokun products and the suppliers that you have contracted on the Bokun marketplace.
  4. Find a product you want to add and drag it into the itinerary.
  5. In the modal, you will see specific departures available for this product.
  6. Once added, the item will display a Bokun badge in the itinerary.
  7. In the pricing table, the product will show the contracted rate from Bokun, allowing you to add your markup.
  8. To customise product details, tap on it in the itinerary builder, select Modify, and update static product information, such as descriptions or images.

This process ensures seamless integration and customisation of Bokun products within your itineraries.
