# Update Itinerary Products With Inventory Changes

## Learn how to update itinerary products by syncing them with inventory templates.

When a product from your inventory (template) is added to an itinerary, it becomes a separate copy. If changes are made to either the itinerary version or the original inventory template, you can sync them to keep everything up to date.

**To update an itinerary or an inventory product:**

1. Tap the product in the planner.
2. Look for the **Update** button.
3. Choose one of the following options:
   
     - **Update from inventory** – to apply changes from the inventory template to the itinerary product.
     - **Update to inventory** – to push changes from the itinerary product to the inventory template.
