A travel program on TripCreator has the capacity to serve 3 functions:
A template – consider creating itinerary templates or reusable travel packages. You can build one from scratch, or find an already existing itinerary in your dashboard that you wish to reuse, then duplicate it and alter it as needed.
A proposal – any travel program or template in your dashboard, created by anyone in your team, can be duplicated to create a proposal for a new customer.
An itinerary – a proposal, after it is sent to a client, can be swiftly turned into a confirmed itinerary. This is how:
a) switch it from the Proposal to the Online booking mode, in order to allow purchasing (this is a non-mandatory action, consider this option if you intend to accept payments through TripCreator);
and/or b) change your itinerary appearance to make visible the previously hidden details to your customer.
