# Inventory Products in Suppliers Tab

## Learn how to organize your inventory in the Suppliers tab.

With this feature, you can:

Products linked to suppliers will automatically appear in your inventory's *Suppliers* tab.   
Below, you’ll find steps on how to:  
👉 create supplier accounts in the CRM,  
👉 link products to suppliers, and  
👉 understand how your suppliers and products are organized in the *Suppliers* tab.

### 👉 How to create a supplier account in the CRM

- Go to the **CRM** from the left-hand side menu.
- Open the **Accounts** tab.
- Click **New Account**.
- Fill in the supplier details and make sure to select **Supplier** in the *Account type* field.
- The supplier will automatically appear in your *Products* library under **Suppliers**.

### 👉 How to link products with suppliers

You can link a supplier from the product’s settings page:

1. Open any product in **My Products** (*Note: this excludes Destination and Information categories*).
2. Click **Edit** (or **Modify** if you're accessing the product from an itinerary).
3. Find the **Supplier** field within the *Supplier* tab.
4. Use the search field to link a supplier (this pulls from your CRM contacts).
5. The linked product will now appear under that supplier in your *Products* library under **Suppliers**.

### 👉 How products and suppliers are organized in the Suppliers tab

- Suppliers saved in your CRM will appear in your *Products \> Suppliers* tab, listed alphabetically.
- Each supplier will display the image of their first linked product.
- Products linked to a supplier will appear beneath that supplier in the *Suppliers* tab.
- If you remove the supplier from a product, the product will also be removed from that supplier's section in the *Suppliers* tab.
