Products linked to suppliers will automatically appear in your inventory's Suppliers tab.
Below, you’ll find steps on how to:
👉 create supplier accounts in the CRM,
👉 link products to suppliers, and
👉 understand how your suppliers and products are organized in the Suppliers tab.
👉 How to create a supplier account in the CRM

Go to the CRM from the left-hand side menu.

Open the Accounts tab.

Click New Account.

Fill in the supplier details and make sure to select Supplier in the Account type field.

The supplier will automatically appear in your Products library under Suppliers.
👉 How to link products with suppliers
You can link a supplier from the product’s settings page:

Open any product in My Products (Note: this excludes Destination and Information categories).

Click Edit (or Modify if you're accessing the product from an itinerary).

Find the Supplier field within the Supplier tab.

Use the search field to link a supplier (this pulls from your CRM contacts).

The linked product will now appear under that supplier in your Products library under Suppliers.
👉 How products and suppliers are organized in the Suppliers tab

Suppliers saved in your CRM will appear in your Products > Suppliers tab, listed alphabetically.

Each supplier will display the image of their first linked product.

Products linked to a supplier will appear beneath that supplier in the Suppliers tab.

If you remove the supplier from a product, the product will also be removed from that supplier's section in the Suppliers tab.
