Learn how to create product suggestions and include them in a separate, additional Optionals tab.
Steps to create and present product suggestions for the customer:
1. Schedule a product in the itinerary planner.
2. From the List view, mark this product as optional by clicking on the left icon at the top-right corner of the product card.
3. Navigate to the itinerary Preview to find the Optionals tab with all selected products included.
NOTE 1: Tab name Optionals can be renamed just like other tabs in the itinerary Preview Edit mode.
NOTE 2: All selected optional products will be listed in a separate column in the Pricing tab, the prices will not be calculated in the total itinerary price, and the optionals will not be included in the Itinerary tab. To change optional products into confirmed products – scheduled in the itinerary and included in the total price – simply un-click the optional icon on the product in the List view.
