Steps to handle product and itinerary pricing:

1. Save any contracted prices to your Products library or add them directly to services scheduled in an itinerary.

To add prices to your scheduled products, click a product, choose Modify, and then select the Pricing tab from the left-hand menu. 

You can toggle between seeing a line view and a stacked view, depending on what fits your needs (note that this new user interface only shows for itineraries using the new Pricing table):

2. When prices are saved to your Products library, TripCreator’s pricing system will automatically apply them in your itinerary when the products are scheduled, adding them together to calculate the total itinerary price.

3. Different ways to finalize your itinerary quotation:

1. Have TripCreator automatically add all product prices to calculate the total itinerary price.
   
   Make sure your products have prices as explained at the beginning of this article. 
   
   ☝️ Note: Prices added to your itinerary products will be displayed to the customer in the Itinerary tab unless you hide them by adjusting your itinerary appearance settings.

2. Enter the total price manually (override the total price calculated by the system) in a dedicated field. 

   The total amount can be entered manually directly in the pricing table ($ tab).
   Locate the Price (incl. VAT) field in the lower right corner to insert the total price (see screenshot below).

   ☝️Note: If a total price has already been calculated automatically by the system, entering a price manually will override that calculation, and the manually entered price will be shown to the client.

3. Show or hide the included product list.

   In the bottom left corner of the itinerary pricing table, locate the Show to customer settings:

   • Show total price with product list – includes the list of products in the quotation.

   • Show total price – displays only the package price to your client in the itinerary Pricing tab.
