Map Settings

While TripCreator automatically creates the itinerary map, you can customise how your products are displayed.

When creating or editing a product, notice the Location Marker drop-down menu located in the Location and Time section. 

This setting will determine how the item is shown (if at all) on the itinerary map. 

• Do not show on map – the item is hidden from the map entirely (neither the place-marker nor the route connecting the item with other locations is displayed).

• Show marker and route – the item is represented on the map by displaying both the place-marker and the route between this and other items.

• Show marker but not route – only the place-marker representing the item is shown on the map. 

Example. 2 items are added into an itinerary. 

• Both items have the Show marker and route option selected.
  
• Both items have the Show marker but not route option selected.
  
• One of the two items has the Do not show on map option selected. The other item is displayed on the map with the Show marker and route setting selected.
