# Itinerary Overview: Managing the Trip Overview Note and Trip Summary

## Learn how to add notes and customise the product list in the Overview tab using Edit mode.

The itinerary **Overview** **tab** provides a summary of the trip.  
It gives some important details—such as the itinerary name, trip duration, and reference number. It also allows you to customise which of the scheduled services are visible and which should be hidden. It is also possible to insert a description or other relevant information.

To add the trip description or a note and customise which services should be made hidden/visible:

- **Enable the** **Edit mode** in itinerary Preview window, located at the top action bar
- **Add internal notes** — visible only to your team
- **Add an Overview Note** — visible to your customer
- **Hide products** — to exclude them from the Overview and the Itinerary tab
