Invoice vs Booking Summary

Learn how to customise when invoices are issued.

Customise when invoices are issued with the "Issue Invoice on Payment Confirmation" toggle in Itinerary Settings. This gives you control over the invoicing process based on your needs:

Issue an Invoice Upon Booking completion – automatically generate an invoice when a booking is completed.

Send a Booking Summary – Share a booking summary if you need to issue an invoice through a separate system. This option is ideal for final confirmations prior to payment.

To locate the "Issue Invoice on Payment Confirmation" toggle:

1. Open an itinerary settings tab,

2. Select the "Online booking" option,

3. Apply the changes,

4. Go the "Booking" tab on the left-hand side where you will see the toggle.
