Customise when invoices are issued with the "Issue Invoice on Payment Confirmation" toggle in Itinerary Settings. This gives you control over the invoicing process based on your needs:
✔ Issue an Invoice Upon Booking Completion – automatically generate an invoice as soon as the booking is completed.
✔ Send a Booking Summary First – share a summary before issuing an invoice, ideal for final confirmations before payment.
This flexibility ensures a smoother workflow, allowing you to manage invoicing based on your business requirements.
To locate the "Issue Invoice on Payment Confirmation" toggle:
1. Open an itinerary settings tab,
2. Select the "Online booking" option,
3. Apply the changes,
4. Go the "Booking" tab on the left-hand side where you will see the toggle.
