# Export Itineraries as PDF, PowerPoint, or Word Documents

## Learn how to download any itinerary in your preferred document format.

### **Steps to export an itinerary:**

1. Go to your **Dashboard**.
2. Find the itinerary you want to export and click the **three-dot menu** on the far right.
3. Select **Preview**.
4. Click the **Export** button in the top-right corner.
5. Choose your preferred format: **PDF**, **PowerPoint**, or **Word**.

**💡 Tip:** The browser-generated PDF offers the least customization. If you need to adjust the content, consider exporting to a Word or PowerPoint document first, making your edits there, and then saving it as a PDF.

**☝️ Note:** Your customer can also access the export options—unless you’ve disabled this option in the itinerary’s appearance settings.
