Disable Itinerary Access for Customers

Learn how to restrict access to a shared itinerary information.

When a customer receives an itinerary URL, there may be situations where you need to revoke their access.


👉 To disable itinerary access:

1. From the Dashboard, click the three-dot menu next to the relevant itinerary.

2. Select the Disable option to hide the itinerary content from the customer.

Once disabled, anyone attempting to view the itinerary will see a message stating that access has been disabled, along with a prompt to contact you for further assistance.

👉 How to re-enable the access:

1. Go to the Dashboard

2. Open the dotted itinerary menu,

3. and select Enable.
