# Disable Itinerary Access for Customers

## Learn how to restrict access to a shared itinerary information.

When a customer receives an itinerary URL, there may be situations where you need to revoke their access.

**👉 To disable itinerary access:**

1\. From the **Dashboard**, click the three-dot menu next to the relevant itinerary.

2\. Select the **Disable** option to hide the itinerary content from the customer.

Once disabled, anyone attempting to view the itinerary will see a message stating that access has been disabled, along with a prompt to contact you for further assistance.

**👉 How to re-enable the access:**

1\. Go to the **Dashboard**

2\. Open the dotted itinerary menu,

3\. and select **Enable**.
