Disable itinerary access for customers

Learn about disabling a shared itinerary and preventing your customer from viewing it.

When a customer is provided with their itinerary URL link, in some cases you might need to disable their access to view the itinerary.


The itinerary dotted menu on the Dashboard page allows you to take a number of different actions on a specific itinerary.
Among them is the DISABLE  option which allows you to hide the itinerary contents from your customer.

 

If an itinerary had been disabled, your customer when viewing the itinerary page will see a notification about it being disabled and inviting them to get in contact with you to request access.

To enable the itinerary, navigate to your Dashboard and click on the specific itinerary dotted menu to select the ENABLE option.
