Control what itinerary information is visible/hidden for the end customer. Almost any itinerary element can be hidden – learn how this feature can be used.
Create a reusable itinerary appearance depending on the aim you are trying to achieve. The feature can be useful when:
- You need to show your clients' branding instead of your own;
- You wish to provide proposals and confirmed itineraries to customers;
- You wish to customize what product details should not be visible to your customers, such as individual product prices, Stays check-out information, specific tabs, etc.

Create an itinerary appearance
1. Locate appearance settings under your account SETTINGS – GENERAL SETTINGS – APPEARANCES.
2. Tap the + Create new button.
You will find a number of menu options in the left-hand section that you can explore: General, Tabs, Transportation, etc.
3. Use the toggle on the side of each element you want to hide (off) / show (on) on your itineraries when this appearance is applied.
NOTE: To prepare an appearance on behalf of your client, hide your company details in the General tab and configure your client's logo and branding colors at the top of the appearance settings.
4. Make sure to save all changes.
Edit an existing itinerary appearance
To edit an existing itinerary appearance, select the one you would like to modify and hide/unhide any relevant elements using the toggle button.

By rule, all new itineraries have the default appearance assigned automatically.
Note: You can change which is the default for you from the main Appearances page.
If you like to apply a different appearance to an itinerary you can do that by following these steps:
- Open an itinerary.
- Tap on its General Settings tab (⚙️)
- Locate the Appearance settings and select the preferred appearance from the available options.
