Change your TripCreator URL

This article explains how to rename your default subdomain without changing your DNS settings.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select General Settings.

  3. In the Domain section at the top of the General tab, you’ll see a field showing your current default URL.

  4. Without removing the tripcreator.io part of the URL, rename the subdomain.
    For example, change defaultname.tripcreator.io to yourcompanyname.tripcreator.io.

⚠️ Important: Do not replace defaultname.tripcreator.io with your company’s website address. Fully masking the domain requires creating a CNAME record in the DNS settings of your domain hosting provider.
