Step 3 for agents: configure your branding

Learn how to set up your brand and control what information is shown to customers.

Once you have set up your TripCreator access you can start receiving and working on itineraries shared with you.

When you receive your first itinerary, make sure to configure your itinerary appearance template, which will be automatically applied to all of your itineraries. 
Itinerary appearance allows you to save your logo and brand colors, as well as remove any unwanted itinerary details (such as activity timings, tabs, etc.)


To configure your itinerary appearance:

  1. In your Dashboard page click on the link titled Configure the itinerary appearance and then select Appearances at the top.
  2. Open the Default appearance and configure it to your own liking:
  • Insert and resize your logo to fit the frame;
  • Create a custom button to appear on the itinerary for the customer;
  • Toggle off any elements on the left-hand menu to hide them from the itinerary.
