To add itinerary notes, open your itinerary in **preview window** and enable **Edit** mode. Then look for **pencil buttons** in different sections to manage various text fields and notes. 2\. To present important information, open your itinerary in **planner view** and drag any items from the **Information or Destination categories** above the day-by-day schedule. This is referred to as **Day 0**. A drop-down menu will appear next to the item, where you can choose the tab in which it should be displayed. 3\. **To offer activity suggestions**, open your itinerary in list view (planner) and find the bookmarks on the right side of the item you want to make optional.
